  • Non-exploitation of children;
  • Empowering women, valuing work, reconciling work and family and working from home;
  • Flexible working hours, with no production quotas;
  • Contributions to savings plans;
  • A clean, friendly, family-friendly working environment.

  • A purchase price and payment terms that ensure fair remuneration; 

  • Our orders are paid in advance, with 50% of the total amount due on receipt of an initial invoice and the balance due on dispatch. This practice is in line with the spirit of fair trade; 

  • The establishment of a new type of relationship between economic partners based on trust, respect, common interest and sustainability. 

  • Through the manufacture of products, we promote traditional Indian art;
  • Our fragrances comply with internationally recognized standards listed by the IFRA (International Fragrance Association);
  • Whenever possible, we use handmade recycled paper.
  • The manufacturing unit has received a certificate for small enterprises (MSME) from the Indian government authorizing it to manufacture incense;
  • As an eco-conscious company, we ensure that only a negligible amount of waste is discharged into the environment.
