Areas of Application of the Code of Ethics

  • The non-exploitation of children;
  • Women's empowerment, valuing work, work-life balance, and working from home;
  • Flexible scheduling of work hours, without imposing a production quota;
  • Contributions to savings plans;
  • A clean, friendly, and family-oriented work environment.

  • A purchase price and payment terms that ensure fair compensation; 

  • Our orders are paid in advance: 50% of the total amount is due upon receipt of the first invoice, and the remaining balance is due upon shipment. It should be noted that this practice is consistent with the spirit of fair trade; 

  • The establishment of a new type of relationship among economic partners based on trust, respect, and the concepts of common interest and sustainability. 

  • Through the manufacture of our products, we help promote a traditional Indian art form;
  • Our fragrances comply with internationally recognized standards listed bythe IFRA (International Fragrance Association);
  • Whenever possible, we prioritize the use of handmade recycled paper.
  • The manufacturing facility received a certificate for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) from the Indian government authorizing it to manufacture incense;
  • As an environmentally conscious company, we ensure that only a negligible amount of waste is released into the environment.
